Job Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based information systems to integrate operational, sales, and customer data from multiple internal departments and external partners into centralized databases for business analysis and reporting.
• Architect and implement secure server-side applications and APIs to support real-time data collection, validation, processing, and system-to-system communication across the company’s digital platforms.
• Develop internal business portals, including an operations reporting infrastructure, to capture workflow data, engineer performance analytics logic, and deliver automated management reporting modules for strategic decision-making.
• Build and optimize database-driven software modules to collect, store, and manage customer information, ensuring high-performance data retrieval to support order processing and service operations.
• Design and deploy scalable backend microservices to simulate high-volume order data flows and conduct system performance testing to ensure reliability, transaction integrity, and seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Develop backend data processing services to extract, transform, and load (ETL) business data for integration into forecasting models and tools used to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement automated data pipelines and scripting solutions to transfer structured data from enterprise databases into business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau) to monitor sales performance, inventory metrics, and operational KPIs.
